Unisys, based in Blue Bell, Pa., announced it has integrated Microsoft Security Copilot capabilities into its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution.
The integration will strengthen AI-powered threat detection, investigation and response, the company said. The enhanced offering will allow security teams to streamline workflows, improve threat visibility and automate routine security tasks while accelerating incident response.
According to Unisys, as cyber threats increase in volume and sophistication, organizations are looking to apply AI to security operations without adding complexity or risk. The company said it addressed those challenges by operationalizing Microsoft Security Copilot through a structured approach to adoption, governance and integration. The approach allows AI agents to automate routine security tasks, and allows security teams to focus on higher-value investigation and response activities, officials said.

The copilot works alongside Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel to provide centralized visibility across security environments, the organization said. At the same time, AI-powered agents automate tasks like phishing triage, and threat intelligence analysis. The solution is delivered through Unisys’ global security operations center, and combines Microsoft security technologies with Unisys’ security expertise as a way to accelerate threat detection, officials said.
