First Resource Bancorp, holding company of Exton-based First Resource Bank, recently appointed Kristofer Paul as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Wayne McKillop as executive vice president and chief lending officer.

Paul has more than 20 years of accounting, finance, and executive leadership experience and has expertise in capital management, investor relations, financial management, strategic planning, regulatory reporting, and merger and acquisition analysis. He will oversee the bank’s financial strategy, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and capital management functions.
McKillop has more than 20 years commercial banking and lending experience and specializes in commercial and industrial lending, credit risk oversight, middle-market banking, portfolio management, and business development. He will work to further strengthen the bank’s lending platform, support clients’ evolving financing needs, and build upon the bank’s strong reputation for exceptional service and sound banking practices.
