Pittsburgh-based PNC Bank, one of the largest diversified financial services institutions in the United States, recently named Tim Ferriter as head of product, digital, and growth within its retail bank. He will be based in Delaware.
Ferriter has product development, digital platforms, growth and artificial intelligence expertise. He joins PNC from JPMorgan Chase where he was head of digital. He was tasked with online banking platforms, the consumer-facing AI strategy, Chase mobile app, and leading the product teams overseeing customer acquisition platforms across JPMorgan’s Consumer and Community Bank.
In this new role, Ferriter will unify retail’s product development, product management, digital and payments teams into an organization focused on delivering seamless, client experiences that accelerate growth. He also will help further drive retail’s investment agenda.
“Tim is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of building innovative, data-driven digital and product experiences at scale,” Alex Overstrom, head of retail banking, said. “His breadth of experience across product, digital, AI and growth will help us continue to elevate how our clients interact with PNC across channels.”
PNC Bank, National Association, is a member of The PNC Financial Services Group. It offers corporate banking, a range of lending products, real estate finance and asset-based lending, wealth management and asset management.
