Hatboro-based KMM Group, a vertically integrated precision contract manufacturer, recently expanded its executive leadership team to coincide with a broader capital investment and work force growth plan to increase production capacity.
Amy Goff was appointed vice president of operations. She has nearly 30 years of medical device and contract manufacturing experience. She comes to KMM Group from Canadian Hospital Specialties where she served as vice president and led the transformation of North American supply chain teams. She also spent nearly 20 years with Argon Medical.
Erica Blake was appointed chief financial officer and has more than 25 years of financial leadership at medical device, life sciences and specialty manufacturing organizations. She comes to KMM Group from LGC Clinical Diagnostics where she served as head of finance for North America. She previously served as Nitto Denko Avecia financial controller and Tegra Medical corporate controller.
“We are excited to welcome Amy and Erica to KMM as we build on the strength of our team and invest in the capabilities needed for continued expansion,” J. Mark King, KMM Group president and CEO, said. “Amy’s decades of operations and supply chain experience and Erica’s perspective, shaped by leading finance through complex manufacturing transitions, align naturally with where KMM is headed.”
