Three companies recently combined to form Paxon North America, North America’s largest third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment provider, with its headquarters in King of Prussia. The company will operate in North America, Europe and Asia.

Paxon is the logistics brand of Belgium-based Bnode, a parcel logistics group. It brings together Radial, an order fulfillment company; Staci Americas, a logistics company; and Base Logistics, a freight management, service parts and logistics company. Each company offers operational expertise in different markets, customer needs and logistics specialties, and together they will offer fraud detection, integrated payment, omnichannel solutions, marketing logistics, and point of sale services.

The launch is part of Bnode’s strategy to create a stronger, more connected international platform.

“Paxon brings together Bnode’s 3PL capabilities under one identity, creating a stronger international proposition for brands and retailers,” Chris Peeters, Bnode CEO, said. “By connecting expertise, technology and operations across markets, Paxon helps customers navigate increasingly complex supply chains more effectively. With Paxon, we have a clear platform to grow our 3PL business internationally while continuing to deliver the flexibility, scale and expertise our customers value.”

Eduard Garcia Torrejon will serve as Paxon North America CEO and Rainer Kiefer as Paxon Europe & North America Midmarket CEO.
