Newtown Square-based SupplyOne, a corrugated and value-added packaging solutions distributor, recently purchased Illinois-based Packaging Design Corporation, a custom corrugated packaging manufacturer.

Packaging Design Corporation specializes in custom branded packaging, e-commerce and subscription packaging, industrial packaging, retail and specialty packaging, and point-of-purchase displays. Owner Scott Jones will continue to lead the company.

The purchase is SupplyOne’s 49th acquisition overall and its second in the Chicago-area.
SupplyOne has more than 60 locations in the United States and Canada.
