West Chester-based F2 Strategy, a business and digital transformation services firm, recently purchased Wyoming-based Callaway Cloud Consulting, a technology consulting firm.
Callaway specializes in data engineering, platform engineering, Salesforce and custom artificial intelligence solutions and helps clients design, build, integrate and stabilize complex technology environments.
The purchase will expand F2’s technology implementation and engineering capabilities, and
strengthens its ability to help wealth management organizations move from technology strategy and platform selection through implementation, integration and ongoing optimization. The move comes at a time when companies are modernizing their technology and explore new data and artificial intelligence capabilities.

The combined company will allow clients to engage with a single provider to help define their technology strategy, and implement and optimize that vision. Clients will be offered business and technology strategy, cloud infrastructure and AI, data transformation, operations, platform selection and implementation, software engineering, and Salesforce services.
In early 2027, Callaway will transition to the F2 Strategy brand. Callaway CEO Brandon Gage will become F2 Strategy managing director.
