The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland recently named 33 new members to its advisory councils including 10 from Pennsylvania.
The Cleveland Fed is part of the Federal Reserve, the central bank of the United States, and has two offices in Ohio and one in Pittsburgh. It serves Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. Its advisory councils engage with business, civic and community leaders to collect information on regional economic and business conditions, enabling the bank to get a better picture of economic conditions.
Business Advisory Council members are leaders from regional businesses and community development, consumer and labor organizations.
The new members from Pennsylvania are:
- Bradley Dinger, UPMC chief financial officer, Northern Tier, Erie.
- Ralph Ford, Penn State Behrend chancellor and dean, Erie.
- Chuck Peters, Altair Holdings LLC managing partner, Erie.
- Michael Raftis, Erie Insurance senior vice president and corporate treasurer, Erie.
- Frank Victor, Fralo Industries co-chairman, Erie.
- Tricia Restifo, Troyer Inc. chief financial officer, Waterford.
- Benjamin Bush, Allegheny Conference on Community Development vice president of public affairs, Pittsburgh.
- F. Duffy Hanna, Howard Hanna Financial Services president, Pittsburgh.
- Elizabeth MacLeod Walls, Washington & Jefferson College president, Washington.
- Michael Walton, Jamestown Coating Technologies CEO, Jamestown.
