French-based TIMAC AGRO, a company specializing in soil, plant and animal nutrition and biostimulants, recently appointed Stephanie Vrakas Bagshaw to be CEO of Reading-based TIMAC AGRO USA, effective immediately.
“The U.S. is an important market for TIMAC AGRO and one where we see significant potential for further development,” Guillaume Jouslin de Noray, TIMAC AGRO International CEO, said. “Stephanie brings strong experience in leading businesses, driving growth and strengthening execution, together with a deep understanding of the U.S. market. Her appointment will help us build on what has already been achieved and take TIMAC AGRO USA into its next phase. I am very pleased to welcome her to TIMAC AGRO.”
Vrakas Bagshaw has more than 15 years of business leadership, strategy and growth experience. She comes to the company from Arclin where she served as global market leader for personal protection, Nomex and Kevlar. She previously held roles at DuPont and Arkema. In addition to her business experience, Vrakas Bagshaw was listed as “inventor” on patents involving soil-conditioning and crop-protection technologies.
In her new role, Vrakas Bagshaw will lead TIMAC AGRO USA’s next phase of development with a focus on growth, customer proximity and operational excellence.
TIMAC AGRO USA operates manufacturing and production facilities in five states.
