Wisconsin-based UFS, a provider of technology solutions for community financial institutions, recently purchased Pittsburgh-based Quest Analytics, a financial services technology and training company.
Quest Analytics provides a suite of customer success solutions through nine flexible modules including cross-selling, customer profitability, data analytics, lead generation, marketing, prospecting, and servicing.
“Our team, originating from banking backgrounds, recognized the hurdles faced by bankers in customizing generic CRM systems to suit the distinct requirements of financial institutions,” Karl Keller, Quest Analytics president said. “Our mission was to develop tools and a banking engagement system enabling institutions to harness the potential of their data, enhance customer relationships and streamline the efficiency of bank staff.”
The combined company will have the ability to provide banks with a single partner for customer engagement and a banking operations platform.
“The combination of Quest Analytics and the UFS Banking Applications suite will provide a deeply integrated and robust technology platform capable of redefining customer journeys and producing material financial benefits for our clients,” Mike Tenpas, UFS CEO, said.
UFS provides advisory services, core banking solutions, cybersecurity, hardware and infrastructure, and managed IT services. It partners with more than 450 financial institutions throughout the United States.
