First Resource Bancorp, the holding company for First Resource Bank, recently promoted Lee Herzer to executive vice president and chief lending officer, effective April 1.

Herzer has worked for First Resource Bank team since 2017 and has 20 years of experience in the banking industry.
In his new role, Herzer will oversee strategic initiatives to drive growth, lending function, and enhance customer relationships.
Lisa Donnon, the current executive vice president and chief lending officer, will become chief credit officer. Donnon has 33 years of banking experience.
Ken Kramer, the current chief credit officer, retires in September after 46 years in the banking industry. He will serve on the board of directors on a part-time basis in an advisory capacity.
