Vision RNG expands leadership team

Canonsburg-based Vision RNG, a developer, owner, and operator of landfill gas to renewable natural gas facilities, recently expanded its leadership team.

Adam Beck has been hired as vice president of project execution. He has 15 years of experience in project management, engineering, and construction of RNG and midstream infrastructure projects. He also served as an infantry officer for five years in the U.S. Army.

Doug Prechter has been hired as vice president of finance. He has more than 10 years of corporate finance and operations experience. He previously worked for Monarch Bioenergy, as a member of Evercore’s energy investment banking team, and for SLB.

Beckie Dille has been hired as human resources manager. She has more than 20 years of experience.

“Adam’s vast experience in RNG and pipeline projects is a perfect fit for our growing portfolio,” Bill Johnson, Vision RNG CEO, said. “His experience in the military is also an asset. He brings leadership skills, recognizes the value of strategic planning, and the importance of execution. Doug’s tenure in both corporate finance and the energy sector will be a tremendous benefit to our fiscal planning. Beckie brings her valuable HR skills to the table as we continue to explore new projects and build our in-house team.”
