Quench purchases Texas company

King of Prussia-based Quench, a provider of filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners, recently announced it purchased Crescent Hills Water Co., a Texas-based provider of point-of-use drinking water systems.

“This is a great day for our customers,” Terry Williams, Crescent Hills Water Company owner, said. “Quench’s commitment to its customers is second to none, and their extensive and growing product line will present exciting opportunities for the customer base of Crescent Hill Water Company. Further, the Quench team has been a thorough and trusting partner throughout this process.”

Quench, a Culligan company, serves more than 60,000 customers through direct sales and a network of more than 250 independent dealers across North America. Customers include commercial customers, retail, hospitality, healthcare, government, education, and manufacturing. Services include sparkling water dispensers, ice machines, bottle-free water coolers, and coffee brewers that purify existing water supplies to provide reliable and convenient filtered water.

Crescent Hills Water Co. was founded in 1999 and serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
