Pittsburgh-based F.N.B. Corp., a diversified financial services company operating in seven states and the District of Columbia, and First National Bank, its banking subsidiary, recently added business deposit products to the eStore Common application.

Customers now can access both business and personal bank accounts via one experience. Small-business owners, for example, can apply for a small business checking account and a personal credit card through the universal app.

In the app, customers select and add products to their shopping cart. The app includes automated account funding and the ability to upload supporting documents. The Business First package includes fraud mitigation services, optimized receivable capabilities, and integrated and advanced reporting tools. Next year, business loan products will be added.

“Customers expect banking to be digital-first,” Vincent J. Delie, Jr., F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank chairman, president and CEO, said. “eStore and the Common app are powered by AI and a massive data warehouse, so we can automate both the delivery of personalized product recommendations and the process to open those accounts digitally. Our omnichannel approach makes it easy for consumers and businesses to choose FNB for all their banking needs, which is evident in our growing presence in markets throughout our footprint.”

F.N.B. Corp. operates approximately 350 banking offices.
