PPG hosts analyst event for aerospace business

Pittsburgh-based PPG, a paints, coatings and specialty products manufacturer, recently hosted an event for the analyst community, showcasing how innovation is fueling growth in the company’s aerospace business.

“Our aerospace deep dive was a tremendous opportunity to highlight the business that is powering PPG’s organic growth,” Sam Millikin, PPG Global Aerospace senior vice president, said. “We were thrilled to share with our analyst community the strategy, technology offerings, and customer solutions that make PPG’s aerospace business unique.”

The company spoke about the business’ 100 years of providing a broad range of qualified and highly specialized products and services to commercial aviation, military and general aviation customers worldwide. Technology-advantaged solutions and advanced chemistries transform how customers use and apply PPG products in their operations, the company said. PPG also has invested strategically in innovation and capacity expansion to meet multi-year aerospace industry demand.

PPG highlighted some of its products during the event including PPG PRC Seal Caps, a sealant solution; PPG ARETM 3D Printed Sealants, a 3D printing technology; and PPG AEROCRON Electrocoat Primer, a chrome-free electrocoat primer.

PPG serves the customers in construction, consumer products, industrial and transportation markets and aftermarkets. It markets and sells in more than 50 countries and has net sales totaling $15.9 billion in 2025.
