Malvern-based Neuronetics, a medical technology company focused on designing, developing, and marketing products for patients who suffer from neurohealth disorders, recently appointed Dan Reuvers as president and CEO, effective March 23.
Reuvers will also join the board of directors.
Reuvers has more than three decades of medical technology experience. He comes to the company from Tactile Medical where he served as president and CEO. He spent 12 years at Integra LifeSciences, rising to Codman Specialty Surgical executive vice president and president, and held leadership roles at Omni-Tract Surgical, Advanced Respiratory, and at Vital Signs.
“His experience in both the device segment and direct billing models requiring effective revenue-cycle management is a strong fit for our business,” Rob Cascella, Neuronetics board of directors chairman, said. “His passion for meaningfully impacting underserved patient populations, combined with his demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth, make him the ideal leader to drive the next stage of growth for the company.”
Reuvers succeeds Keith Sullivan who will retire on March 31 after five and a half years as president and CEO. He steps down from that role on March 23.
Reuvers will receive an inducement grant of 1.5 million restricted stock units in installments on the first, second, and third anniversaries of his start date.
