York-based Doceo, a business technology and services company, recently launched a business services division.
The new division includes artificial intelligence advisory services, marketing advisory and growth services, outsourced print and mail solutions, and branded merchandise and apparel. It positions the company to serve clients across a broader set of needs, creates new revenue opportunities, and reinforces its position as a trusted partner for clients seeking to grow, modernize and operate more efficiently.
“There’s a lot of noise in the market right now, especially around AI,” Jim Haney, chief marketing and technology officer and the division’s head, said. “Businesses don’t need another vendor with a pitch deck. They need a partner who understands their operations, speaks their language, and can actually deliver. That’s what Business Services is built to do. Whether it’s AI strategy, marketing, print and mail, or branded merchandise, every service in this division is backed by real expertise and built to produce real, measurable outcomes.”
Haney joined the company last year and drove the strategy behind the expansion. He has more than 25 years of marketing, technology and business strategy experience.
Doceo serves customers in the Mid-Atlantic region through its IT solutions, print technology, and business services divisions.
