Pittsburgh-based Wesco International, a business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions provider, recently announced Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dave Schulz will retire in May.

“On behalf of our board of directors and our entire Wesco team, I would like to thank Dave for his outstanding and dedicated service and tremendous contributions to our Wesco success over the past 10 years,” John Engel, Wesco chairman, president and CEO, said. “I have the utmost respect for Dave and greatly appreciate our business partnership in building the new Wesco. We extend our very best wishes to Dave and his family.”

The company has appointed Indraneel Dev as Schulz’s successor. He joins the company this month from Congruex, a communications network infrastructure design, engineering and construction company, where he served as the chief financial officer and chief revenue officer. He previously held senior finance leadership roles at Lumen Technologies, Level 3 Communications, MCI, and MFS Communications.

Dev will help the company accelerate its strategy, execute growth initiatives, deliver financial targets, and create value for stockholders, Engel said.

Wesco International employs approximately 21,000 people and operates more than 700 sites, including distribution centers, fulfillment centers and sales offices in approximately 50 countries.
