Philadelphia-based Aramark, a hospitality services company, recently announced it has appointed Barbara Flanagan as Aramark Collegiate Hospitality president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, and Brisbane Vaillancourt as Aramark Student Nutrition president and CEO.
Flanagan began her career at Aramark as an entry-level food service manager and most recently served as Aramark Student Nutrition president and CEO where she focused on K–12 school dining programs. She previously served as Collegiate Hospitality regional vice president.
“I look forward to building on the momentum of Collegiate Hospitality’s solid foundation,” Flanagan said. “The student experience is ever evolving, and I will champion a future where innovation seamlessly intersects with hospitality.”
Flanagan’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, innovation and an understanding of the student journey, the company said.
Vaillancourt’s role was effective Oct. 4, 2025. She has worked for Aramark since 2016 and has held leadership roles within Workplace and Collegiate Hospitality, most recently as Northeast Region regional vice president.
“I want to ensure that every student has access to nutritious and culturally relevant meals that fuel learning and well-being,” Vaillancourt said. “My goal is to inspire a culture of continuous improvement and leave a lasting impact on the health and success of the students we serve.”
