Philadelphia-based Datavault AI, a data monetization, credentialing and digital engagement technologies company, recently signed a five-year lease agreement with Commerce Square Partners – Philadelphia Plaza L.P. for approximately 23,037-square-feet of office space in Philadelphia. The company will pay a monthly base rent of approximately $48,000 with modest annual increases.

The location will serve as the company’s new corporate headquarters and a central hub for its development, sales and operations teams. It was selected for its access to technology talent and proximity to major financial and academic institutions.

The new location is part of a strategy to expand artificial intelligence, data tokenization and digital credentialing technologies. Datavault now plans to accelerate enterprise integrations, support client engagement and strengthen partnerships across the data-driven economy.

“Our Philadelphia headquarters marks more than a new address, it is a statement of intent,” Nathaniel Bradley, Datavault AI CEO, said. “Despite the noise, we have continued executing on every promise we have made to shareholders. This lease formalization reflects our growth, our transparency, and our commitment to building lasting value in the data economy. The foundation is now set for our next phase of expansion.”

A copy of the lease agreement was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 7.
