Ken Giacobbe, Howmet Aerospace executive vice president and chief financial officer, recently announced he will retire on Dec. 31 after 21 years with the company. He will serve as special adviser to Howmet Executive Chairman and CEO John Plant from Dec. 1 to Dec. 31.
In addition to his leadership roles, Giacobbe has been an invaluable resource to the company’s board of directors and Howmet’s various businesses.
The company has selected Patrick Winterlich to succeed Giacobbe, effective Dec. 1. Winterlich joined Hexcel in 1998 and has held roles in finance, operations and information technology. Most recently, he was Hexcel Corporation executive vice president and chief financial officer, a role he assumed in 2017.
