Harsco Environmental to provide Brazilian company with service

Harsco Environmental, a provider of onsite material processing and environmental services to the global metals industry, recently signed a multi-year services contract with Gerdau, Brazil’s largest steel producer, to supply its Sahagun, Mexico, location.

Under the contract, Harsco Environmental will deliver services such as metal recovery, slag pot carrying, and slag processing that will reduce environmental impact, optimize operational efficiency, and promote sustainable practices during the steel manufacturing process.
