Collins Aerospace awards Triumph seven-year contract for environmental system components

Berwyn-based Triumph Group announced it was awarded a seven-year repair services agreement with Collins Aerospace.

Triumph’s maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business will repair and overhaul Collins’ various environmental control system components, including air cycle machines, refrigeration packages, housings, ejectors, and fans, at its Triumph Product Support facility in Wellington, Kansas.

“Triumph is well equipped to support original equipment manufacturers as they serve their customers, providing seamless, high-quality repairs and overall MRO support,” said Jim Berberet, President, Triumph Product Support operating company. “Our accessory services business provides critical component care for a broad range of original equipment components. As one of the largest independent, global MRO providers, our product and service portfolio offers many solutions to benefit OEMs and airline carriers, including tailored support programs that meet service needs for all types of aircraft.”

Triumph Group serves the global aviation industry through designing, engineering, manufacturing, repairing, and overhauling a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense systems, components, and structures. Headquartered in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, the company supports the full spectrum of military and commercial aircraft operators.

The company will release its fourth-quarter earnings for 2021 on May 20, in an 8:30 a.m. webcast, conference call, and slide presentation.
