System One, a provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services, announced yesterday that it formed a strategic partnership with Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse (PLSG), a life sciences economic development organization, and its newest initiative, Health IT Pittsburgh.

Through the partnership, System One will serve as a workforce and talent solutions provider across the PLSG portfolio of companies and Health IT Pittsburgh.

“System One, and our scientific, clinical and healthcare division, Joulé, are excited by this new partnership,” Tim Bosse, senior vice president of talent solutions at System One, said. “It’s an honor to align and partner with a new generation of life sciences and healthcare technology innovators.”

The collaboration will give the PLSG and Health IT Pittsburgh communities access to System One’s service delivery teams located throughout Pennsylvania, which include more than 30 specialized clinical, scientific and healthcare recruiters in Pennsylvania and 50 specialized technology recruiters across the United States.

“The Health IT Pittsburgh cluster initiative aims to collaborate with industry leaders and partners who share our vision: to make our region a leader in all aspects of Health IT. We are excited to partner with System One as they truly share the goals of our initiative in growing companies, creating jobs and attracting people into the healthcare workforce in Pittsburgh,” Delvina Morrow, director of development and community engagement at PLSG, said. “The partnership will advance new life sciences technologies, expand business opportunities and continue to position Pittsburgh as an innovation hub.”
