Pittsburgh-based Howmet Aerospace, an advanced engineered solutions provider to the aerospace and transportation industries, recently appointed Jonathan Arena as executive vice president, chief legal and compliance officer and secretary. He also will be part of the Howmet Aerospace Executive Leadership Team, the senior leadership team that sets the company’s strategic direction.
Arena comes to the company from Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Newport News Shipbuilding Division where he served as vice president and chief counsel. Earlier in his career, he held senior legal roles at The Boeing Company and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Howmet Aerospace Executive Chairman and CEO John Plant and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Patrick Winterlich will host a conference call and webcast for investors on May 7 to announce first quarter 2026 financial results.
