Harrisburg-based Keystone, an insurance platform, recently announced Mike Walsh will become company president. A start date was not announced.
Walsh has spent his career building and growing successful insurance businesses. He comes to the company from NFP where he was president of Commercial Property and Casualty.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Mike to the Keystone leadership team,” Patrick Kinney, Keystone CEO, said. “As a previous agency owner himself, Mike understands the unique needs and challenges of both our platform and network partners. His experience and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate in the insurance industry. I’ll be working closely with Mike over the next year to ensure a smooth transition and set him up for success as he takes on his new role.”
Walsh will work closely with Kinney and the leadership team. After a transition period, Walsh will become CEO, and Kinney will move to the board of directors where he will offer strategic insight and support.
The company is currently experiencing a period of significant growth. The leadership change is part of the company’s strategy as it expands its presence in the insurance industry and aims to
delivering exceptional service and solutions to its agency partners and clients.
