Sharon Hill-based NuvemRx, a tech-enabled pharmacy service for community health providers, recently appointed an advisory council. The council will ensure that customers’ voices and experiences are taken into consideration when the company makes decisions.

“By working collaboratively with NuvemRx, this advisory council will ensure pharmacies remain a strategic and viable avenue for community health providers looking to expand their services and improve patient care,” Brian Clark, Greater Philadelphia Health Action CEO and executive director, and one of the council’s inaugural members, said. “While the future of the 340B program remains dynamic, NuvemRx has established itself as a trusted leader, guiding CHPs (community health providers) with the confidence and clarity needed to navigate whatever comes next.”

The move is part of a strategic rebrand to clarify the company’s brand identity and deepen relationships with its CHPs.

Executives from community health centers nationwide comprise the council. It will be tasked with creating industry best practices for how pharmacy care is delivered in the community health center space.

Members include Alan Chan, Petaluma Health Center CPO; Dr. Jolene Joseph, The HealthCare Connection CEO; Jason Darrow, Amistad Community Health Center CFO; Marcus Freeman, Saint James Health CFO; and Rachel Little, The HealthCare Connection CFO.
