Pittsburgh-based PPG, a paints, coatings and specialty materials company, recently integrated the PPG Adjustrite commercial estimating platform with PPG Paintmanager XI, its color management software. Integration allows for the seamless transfer of data from AdjustRite platform directly to the PaintManager XI.
“By connecting these two platforms, we help our customers operate more efficiently and profitably,” Doug Orr, PPG AdjustRite platform manager, Automotive Refinish, said. “This integration reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused innovation.”
The benefits of integration include access to advanced tracking and reporting on paint material usage and job costs, improved accuracy and consistency in material calculations, streamlined job setup between estimating and paint software, and leveraging automation to maximize the productivity of our customers. It also automates material inputs and reduces the need for duplicate data entry.
The integration will help customers in the commercial vehicle repair industry and is available exclusively to customers using both the estimation platform and commercial transport coatings.
Integration is part of PPG’s strategy of delivering digital refinish solutions that improve shop performance and help address labor and workflow challenges.
PPG operates in more than 70 countries and in 2024 had net sales of $15.8 billion. The company serves customers in the construction, consumer products, industrial and transportation markets and aftermarkets.
