Cranberry Township-based TrueCommerce, a supply chain and trading partner connectivity, integration and omnichannel solutions provider, recently appointed Bill Glass as CEO.
Glass joined TrueCommerce in 2022 as chief sales officer. In that role, he played a role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and building momentum across global sales efforts. He previously served as insightsoftware senior vice president of global sales, and also has held leadership roles at private equity-backed SaaS companies such as Accruent and Bazaarvoice.
“I’m honored to lead TrueCommerce into this next phase,” Glass said. “We have a tremendous foundation to build on, and now we’re sharpening our focus around three core pillars: innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence. These will guide every decision we make as we scale the business, deepen our customer partnerships, and lead the market in supply chain connectivity solutions.”
Glass succeeds Randy Curran who retired.
TrueCommerce also announced that it has named Ray Greer as board of directors chairman. Greer currently serves as Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe operating partner consultant. The private equity firm is TrueCommerce’s private equity partner. He has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the supply chain, transportation and logistics sectors.
Kimberly Williams, Absorb LMS Software CEO, joins the board.
