
Newtown-based EPAM Systems, a digital engineering, cloud and AI-enabled transformation services provider, recently named Arkadiy Dobkin as executive chairman, effective Sept. 1.

We are confident that with this thoughtful CEO transition, and Arkadiy’s ongoing role as executive chairman, the company is well positioned to continue its leadership in the IT services industry and to build on its momentum for long-term growth.”
Dobkin is EPAM Systems’ principal founder, chairman, CEO and president. In his new role, Dobkin will focus on advancing strategic initiatives, promote the company’s brand worldwide, provide guidance on critical strategic initiatives, and maintain key relationships with clients, partners and investors. He will work closely with the CEO and leadership team.
“Over the past three decades, EPAM has been the defining project of my professional and personal journey,” Dobkin said.
Balazs Fejes will become CEO and president. He is the current president of global business and chief revenue officer.
