UK-based Brand Finance, a brand valuation consultancy, recently named Pittsburgh-based F.N.B. Corp. CEO Vincent J. Delie, Jr. as one of the top 50 chief executive officers in the United States and among the top five bank CEOs.
Brand Finance’s Brand Guardianship Index assesses CEOs on brand stewardship, leadership and creating long-term shareholder value. The firm evaluated the responses to a global survey to compile its ranking. Nearly 5,000 people responded including equity analysts, journalists and the general public.
Several factors contributed to Delie’s score including a commitment to innovation and artificial intelligence.
Since Delie became CEO, FNB has been honored with more than 80 workplace and cultural excellence awards.
Energage, an independent research firm specializing in workplace engagement and organizational health, recently awarded the company with multiple Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards. The awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. This is the fourth consecutive year that FNB has received a Culture Excellence Award. This year, FNB was recognized in four categories: leadership, innovation, purpose and values, and work-life flexibility.
