Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and Kearney, a global management consulting firm, will host the AI Executive Program on May 11–14 at the Tepper School of Business on CMU’s Pittsburgh campus.
The program is designed to equip senior business leaders with the strategic and practical knowledge regarding artificial intelligence and the challenge of transforming AI potential into tangible business value.
The program focuses on three areas: strategic AI leadership, disruptive value innovation, and responsible transformation. Participants will learn about developing frameworks for evaluating AI opportunities across business areas and managing organizational change, mastering practical approaches for implementing AI initiatives that deliver measurable business impact, and building accountability systems and human-centric approaches for sustainable AI adoption.
“This partnership represents a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technological innovation and business leadership,” Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou, Tepper School of Business dean, said. “Together with Kearney, our goal is to empower executives with both the technical fluency and strategic insight needed to lead AI-driven transformation. Through a carefully curated blend of academic insights, immersive experiences, and practical applications, executives will explore how leading organizations leverage AI to reshape traditional business models, accelerate innovation cycles, and drive operational excellence.”
A second session will be held in Dubai from May 11–14.
