Limerick-based The Victory Bank, a Pennsylvania state-chartered commercial bank, recently announced a second retail branch in Horsham will open on April 1.

A grand opening celebration is scheduled for the week of June 2–6. It will include promotions, giveaways, and opportunities to meet the bank team.
