York, Pa.-based Doceo, a provider of technology solutions that enhance productivity, security, and efficiency, recently purchased Maryland-based Unison Business Solutions, a company specializing in Toshiba print technology and Pitney Bowes SaaS shipping and mailing solutions.
This is Doceo’s eighth acquisition since 2018.
The purchase will allow Doceo to strengthen its position in the Mid-Atlantic region, improve its intelligent print solutions expertise, and add Pitney Bowes SaaS shipping and mailing solutions to the company’s portfolio. It also is part of Doceo’s strategy to expand its capabilities while maintaining the high standards of quality and support.
