Pittsburgh-based System One, a outsourced services and work force solutions provider, recently purchased Maryland-based Tech USA Companies for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase includes Tech USA LLC, Site Tech Staffing, and Tech USA Government Solutions LLC. It allows System One to expand its service offerings and is part of a strategy to deliver work force solutions to the government, infrastructure, life sciences, and technology sectors.
Tech USA and Site Tech focus on the construction, engineering, information technology, infrastructure telecommunications, manufacturing, power and energy, and scientific markets.
Tech USA Government Solutions focuses on the defense and intelligence community. It will operate independently under System One’s subsidiary, GAP Solutions, which leads and manages System One’s federal practice.
“Tech USA’s market leadership, reputation, and expertise in technology, engineering, scientific, and government sectors make the organization a perfect fit for System One,” Troy Gregory, System One chairman and CEO, said. “We are excited to integrate Tech USA’s talented team into our organization, as their capabilities complement our own, positioning us to serve our clients with even greater agility and effectiveness.”
System One operates in more than 50 locations and has helped employ more than 9,000 people in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
