Zelienople-based Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), an automation machinery manufacturing company, recently purchased Harleysville-based North East Technical Sales (NETS), a representative and distributor of industrial and environmental process controls and monitoring solutions.

NETS will continue to operate as North East Technical Sales. David Yankowy, NETS outside sales engineer and former owner, will lead the company.
MCE serves more than 33,400 original equipment manufacturers and end-user customers from 62 facilities located in 18 states. It offers automation, filtration, flow control, repair solutions, rotating equipment products, service, and technical fluid power.
NETS serves industrial and municipal customers throughout eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, and southern and metro New York. Services include analysis and control, calibration services, instrumentation for measurement, maintenance, product training, start-up support, and valves and other mechanical items.
