Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company, recently opened its new corporate headquarters in Conshohocken.
It was formerly headquartered in King of Prussia.
“The relocation of our headquarters to Conshohocken is a pivotal step in fostering the future growth of our company,” Jonathan Morgan, Morgan Properties JV president, said. “In the last five years, we have grown from the 25th largest multifamily owner to the largest private owner in the nation – a result of our strategic yet assertive acquisition strategy. As we continue to grow and expand our footprint, having a home base that’s fully optimized to support our current and future employees, thousands of residents, and key stakeholders is paramount. With our new Conshohocken headquarters, the future is even brighter for Morgan Properties.”
The new headquarters features 70,100-square-feet of office space, a 9,500-square-feet of event space, a fully equipped fitness center, a dining area, tech-enabled meeting rooms and training facilities, recreational activities, serene outdoor spaces, and direct walking access to the Schuylkill River Trail. More than over 200 employees will work out of the building.
The company will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony in September.
Morgan Properties also has a corporate office in Rochester, N.Y., and more than 2,500 employees.
