Conshohocken-based Seagis Property Group, a privately held real estate owner and operator, recently announced it fully leased a Northern New Jersey warehouse facility.
“We are pleased to complete the repositioning of this asset and welcome our new customer to the building,” Tyler Baker of Seagis Property Group said. “We were able to transform an old, Class B Meadowlands manufacturing facility, into a modern warehouse facility that is now fully leased to a local, logistics group with a long-term presence in New Jersey. Ultimately, this is a great outcome for the building and our customer.”
The property was fully renovated earlier this year and is located in the Meadowlands submarket with access to New York City, I-95, Route 3, Route 46, and Route 17.
Seagis has owned the 202,490-square-foot property, which previously operated as a manufacturing facility, since 2006. It features 16 docks, active rail to the building, 22-foot ceilings, and 84 car parking spaces, and houses a single tenant.
The company is currently working on a 167,000-square-foot speculative warehouse development in the Meadowlands.
Seagis Property Group’s portfolio includes 12 million square feet and 200 buildings in New Jersey, New York City, and South Florida. The company acquires development real estate for warehouse/logistics use.
