AAR, Triumph sign distribution agreement

Chicago area-based AAR CORP., an aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company, recently signed an exclusive multi-year commercial distribution agreement with Radnor-based TRIUMPH’s Actuation Products & Services business unit, effective January 2026.

Under the agreement, AAR will become the exclusive distributer of TRIUMPH’s commercial actuation product line and will support commercial airlines and maintenance, repair, and overhaul customers through its global distribution network.

The original equipment manufacturers (OEM) distribution relationship complements AAR’s existing product offerings and customer base.

TRIUMPH will be able to more efficiently deliver inventory to customers using AAR’s services and robust global sales force.

“This relationship will expand AAR’s offerings to the commercial aftermarket on key Boeing and Airbus platforms,” Frank Landrio, AAR senior vice president of distribution, said. “We are excited to distribute this product line as part of the AAR product portfolio given TRIUMPH’s reputation for quality.”

AAR has operations in more than 20 countries and supports commercial and government customers through four operating segments: parts supply, repair & engineering, integrated solutions, and expeditionary services.

TRIUMPH designs, develops, manufactures, repairs, and overhauls aerospace and defense systems and components for the global aviation industry including military and commercial aircraft operators and OEM.

TRIUMPH’s commercial actuation product line includes more than 100 top-level assemblies and their subcomponents that are used on Boeing and Airbus’ commercial platforms.
