Exton-based PA First Resource Bancorp recently promoted Kristen Fries to executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Fries has been employed by First Resource Bank for the past nine years. She previously served as senior vice president and controller. In that role, she worked to shape the company’s financial strategies.

Fries has 20 years of experience in community banking and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
