Pittsburgh-based System One, a technical outsourced services and work force solutions provider, recently purchased Virginia-based KeyLogic, a consulting and data management company, for an undisclosed amount.
KeyLogic provides advanced analytics, Agile DevSecOps, cybersecurity data science, digital transformation, and research and development services. It works in the energy, commerce, and defense sectors, and clients include the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Patent and Trademark Office, and other federal civilian agencies.
The purchase will allow System One to expand its service offerings and strategic customer base.
“By combining forces with KeyLogic, our organizations can leverage unique capabilities and customer relationships to support even more significant growth and success than each company could achieve individually,” Troy Gregory, System One chairman and CEO, said.
KeyLogic will operate independently under System One’s GAP Solutions company where it will support delivery efforts for the company’s government partners. GAP Solutions leads and manages System One’s federal practice.
System One operates in more than 50 locations and employs more than 9,000 people in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
KeyLogic employs more than 70 Ph.D. scientists and more than 700 others including data scientists, developers, IT and cybersecurity specialists, engineers, mission experts, program managers, and systems designers.
