Pittsburgh-based Arconic Corp., an aluminum sheet, plate, extrusions, and architectural products provider, recently named Marcelo Morgueta as its next executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Morgueta is the company’s vice president of finance and treasurer. He has two decades of aluminum industry experience with a background in corporate finance, financial planning, and operations finance.
Morgueta was an auditor at Deloitte and BDO, and joined Arconic in 2005. Before 2020, he was the company’s chief financial officer of the Global Rolled Products and Transportation and Construction Solutions business segments.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista and an MBA in Finance, Audit and Controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Both institutions are Brazilian universities.
He is based at the company’s Pittsburgh corporate headquarters.

Arconic’s products are used in the aerospace, building and construction, ground transportation, industrial, and packaging end markets.
