Georgia-based White Cap, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, recently closed on its acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Tri-Boro Construction Supplies’ assets.

Based in Atlanta, White Cap operates more than 450 branches in North America, employs more than 9,000 people, and supports approximately 200,000 customers.
The company is comprised of multiple brands in the United States. In Canada, it is comprised of the Brafasco, Brock White and NCA brands.
White Cap and its affiliates provide professional contractors with building materials and fasteners, concrete accessories and chemicals, erosion and waterproofing products, safety products, and tools and equipment. Customers are in the nonresidential, infrastructure, and residential end markets.
Tri-Boro is a concrete accessories and construction supply company with locations in Dallastown and Carlisle. It serves customers in a variety of industries.
The company began in 1974 as a concrete delivery business. It expanded to offer a wide range of equipment, tools, and services for residential and commercial job sites, including full rebar fabrication services.
