System One, an outsourced services and workforce solutions provider, recently purchased RPG Resources, an environmental services company.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have the ability to work with such a talented management team and dedicated group of employees,” System One President and COO Greg Lignelli said. “Their commitment to serving customers safely, efficiently, and with the highest levels of expertise are characteristics that truly stand out in the marketplace.”
The purchase complements the services System One provides to the oil and gas, renewable energy, telecom, transmission & distribution, and utility services sectors. It also enhances the company’s commitment to environmental services.
RPG Resources will operate under its brand and work in collaboration with System One to integrate the businesses over time.
“We are extremely excited about the many opportunities for continued growth and success this partnership will deliver to our valuable employees and customers,” Phil Kurello, RPG Resources managing partner, said.
System One operates in more than 50 locations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and employs more than 9,000 people.
RPG Resources provides environmental compliance, inspection services, and UAS and data collection to the oil and gas, renewable energy, and telecom industries.
