Pittsburgh-based Dollar Bank’s board of directors recently approved Lisa Griffith as Dollar Bank’s new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Griffith joined Dollar Bank in 2013 and previously served as vice president of accounting and senior vice president and controller.
Prior to joining Dollar Bank, Griffith worked for more than 30 years in accounting, audit, corporate finance, and compliance, including 12 years as Fidelity Bank’s senior vice president and chief financial officer. Griffith’s experience includes accounting operations, audit, compliance, corporate finance, strategic planning, and tax management.
Griffith also serves on Dollar Bank’s Asset/Liability, Benefit Plan Administrative, Contributions, Enterprise Risk Management, and Senior Operations Risk committees.
“Lisa has played a major role in our strategic direction and continues to provide exemplary leadership throughout the Bank,” Jim McQuade, Dollar Bank president and CEO, said. “Her extensive banking and finance experience, along with her forward-thinking approach will continue to impact our growth and culture.”
Founded more than 166 years ago, Dollar Bank operates more than 90 locations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia. It employs more than 1,400 workers and has assets totaling more than $11 billion.
In addition to banking serves, Dollar Bank supports financial literacy programs, organizations dedicated to helping individuals and families in need, and quality-of-life initiatives.
