Reading Truck Group purchases Arizona business

Reading Truck Group recently agreed to purchase Auto Safety House, a Phoenix-based commercial truck solutions provider and bus dealer, from W.W. Williams Co. for an undisclosed amount.

The purchase allows Reading Truck Group to expand its national presence. Auto Safety House has three locations throughout Arizona.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Reading Truck Group is a unit of JB Poindexter & Co, a business that provides commercial automotive and manufacturing goods and services. It has 22 locations nationwide and is comprised of two business units: Reading Truck Body, manufacturing; and Reading Truck Equipment, distribution and installation.

Auto Safety House is a supplier to the commercial truck and bus industry. It also is a fleet solutions provider of products and services used to operate and maintain vehicles and equipment.
