RZ Wealth, a Wayne-based registered investment advisor, will be combining client assets with Delaware-based Diversified Lifelong Advisors.
The transaction totaled $900 million.
Diversified Lifelong Advisors is a financial planning and investment advisory firm with offices in Wayne, Pa., and Wilmington, Del. It serves executives, professionals, and retirees in both states.
The deal is part of Diversified Lifelong Advisors’ commitment to providing a superior client experience. The firm also plans to continue its expansion.

Fisher, President and Partner Andrew Rosen, and Partners Kyle Hill and David Levy will continue to led Diversified Lifelong Advisors.
Irvin W. Rosenzweig, RZ Wealth founder and president, will become part of Diversified Lifelong Advisors executive and investment management teams.
