Radial, a commerce technology and operations company, plans to hire more than 1,000 seasonal workers for its Easton fulfillment center.
Positions include packing and shipping, sorting, and picking. The workers will receive competitive hourly wages and opportunities for overtime, the company said. Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Recruitment and staffing services company Adecco will host a job fair on Oct. 22 to fill Radial’s customer-care positions. The event will be held at the Easton fulfillment center.
Radial said it plans to offer significant opportunities to convert the seasonal positions into full-time ones for interested workers. The new positions would support the company’s growth.
The company is also taking precautions to protect employees from COVID-19.
“Our people-first workplace has been tested since COVID-19 hit, and I am deeply proud of how we’ve evolved our working environment to keep our strong community values intact while deepening safety measures,” Eric Wohl, chief human resources officer and senior vice president, said. “At Radial, we know we all have a role to play in following safety precautions, and everyone looks out for each other, so we help keep our workplaces and communities safe. ”
Radial has more than 3,000 full-time employees working at more than 20 fulfillment centers and its global fulfillment and transportation network.
