Lynn Electronics, an Ivyland-based manufacturer of fiber optic and copper cable assemblies, recently completed the acquisition of Coast 2 Coast (C2C), a custom fiber optic and copper cable assembly manufacturer in Anaheim, Calif.

“Our West Coast customer base has increased significantly during the past two years,” Mike Boulanger, Lynn Electronics CEO, said. “With this acquisition, our capabilities on the West Coast will mirror what we currently provide customers from our East Coast facility. C2C’s robust production and customer service abilities fully complement our nationwide sales team. I’m excited to present our broad product offering and sales expertise to C2C’s current customer base while increasing our production capabilities for current Lynn customers.”

Purchasing C2C will allow Lynn Electronics to expand its production capacity and service, will strengthen its product line, and create significant cross-selling opportunities, the company said.

Lynn Electronics’ current management team will lead the combined company. Lynn Swearingen, the former owner of C2C, will become Lynn’s West Coast vice president of operations.

Lynn Electronics was founded in 1964 and manufactures custom fiber optic and copper cable assemblies and offers telecom products. It has Corning Gold Certified production lines on both coasts.

Coast 2 Coast was founded in 2008 and services customers on the West Coast.
