Sagent Lending Technologies, a mortgage servicing technology provider based in King of Prussia, Pa., recently announced that is signed a definitive agreement to acquire ISGN Corporation, a global provider of mortgage technology products.
“We look forward to having the ISGN clients and team members join our broader Sagent community,” Bret Leech, CEO of Sagent Lending Technologies, said. “Together, we will remain focused on providing a superior borrower experience and lowering the total cost of servicing.
